House Sitter in Sunset Beach, North Carolina

Hi there! My name is Sheri and I am available to check on your home, vacation home, after rentals leave etc .I will make sure that all systems are still working (a/c, heat, HW heater) no leaks after rain, do a basic inspection to make sure all is secure ,water your plants, bring in your mail and packages (I can also do post office runs to mail your packages ) ,bring in/out garbage cans , run local errands, food shopping, minor pool maintenance (vacuuming ,add chemicals) and even have your home ready for you or your renters when they arrive . As a homeowner myself i understand what needs to be looked at, looked for and attended to. Hate folding laundry? I can do that too! .
