House Sitter in Vista, California

I am. 70 year young Christian woman looking for short term house/pet sitting opportunities. I am a widow and am free to sit for you. I am a retired IRS Unit Manager who is trustworthy honest and responsible. My short coming is that I wo t walk dogs for fear of getting hurt. But will play in your fenced in yard with your 'kids' and show them love in. I'm assuming you want someone to stay in your home, be respectful of your property and help with keeping it tidy. I normally do laundry of all linens used and leave my quarters clean for your next guest. I can take trash cans to curb, receive and stow your mail & packages for your return. Water plants and any light duties you may request. I supply my own food, but would require use of your kitchen, which I would maintain in a clean manner. I have my own transportation, and I make it a rule never to entertain in a clients home. My fee for such care is $40. Per day or any part of a day. I do not get paid on a 24 hour day rate. For example if you leave any time on Monday, June 21 and return on Tuesday July 10, my fee would be 20 days at $40 per day for a total of $800. I love pets and treat them as people so your kids would be in good hands. Please consider me, if my rates seem out of line for you we can discuss that, I CAN be flexible, for the right client.
