I am a single male with a professional degrees (and employment) who enjoys keeping a flexible life and schedule. Having traveled extensively in my own life, I know very well the need for having reliable, trustworthy house sitters. Not every person fully understands or can be easily taught the necessity of ensuring the security and tranquility of a home while the primary occupant is away. As agreed upon with the primary occupant of the home/dwelling, I will fulfill all the basic tasks expected, such as (but not limited to): -proper disposal of tyical household trash - basic straitening up (including sweeping entryways/portals, refreshing,/airing out closed rooms) -changing light bulbs - securing doors and windows properly (i.e. locking/latching) -setting alarms -collecting mail -caring for plants -feeding & basic cleaning for non-interactive pets (e.g. fish and certain reptiles) -adjusting thermostats -following reasonable instructions for other duties assigned by primary occupant
