House Sitter in Redmond, Oregon

Kai is as passionate about animals and property care as he is outdoor pursuits and education. His experience includes petcare (farm animals, exotic animals and domestic animals), plant care (succulents, house plants, lawn care and irigation). Co-owner of two properties in Redmond & Prineville, and one multi unit property in Puerto Rico. His experience with animals started at a young age when he raised ducks, geese, chickens and rabits for food and as pets, trained horses and mucked stalls to pay for his horseback lessons; english drassage and Western. He grew up with dogs, cats, and an assortment of exotic animals; snakes, frogs, lizards, salamanders, toads, tarantulas, walking sticks, mice, grasshoppers, and other such creepy crawlies. Later in life he worked with his family moving pipes and irrigated fields in Prineville Oregon, stacking hay and watering trees. While his professional experience is mostly in teaching and training outdoor professionals, his skills and experience extend to hospitality, property management, pet sitting, and a wide variety of handyman tasks from rebuilding and remodeling homes. Kai spends his down time (of which there isn't much) working on home improvement projects, teaching diving, gardening and training his dog Bendito.
