I own a summer home and am looking for a live-in winter season position in the New Hampshire- Southern Maine SeaCoast area. (Basically, from mid October through mid April.)
Since an early age I have successfully lived independently and have obtained several skills over the years to properly take care of a home. Friends & family are amazed by my ability to do anything from putting together furniture, fixing leaky pipes, my gardening skills, they are always asking me who did that or helped with this or that. I react well to crisis situations keep level head & am extremely resourceful.
