House Sitter in Shakopee, Minnesota

Application: Hi, I'm Jessie. I grew up in Northern Minnesota and now work for my family's business in Shakopee, MN. I will be available to move in and care for any home around Shakopee or as far north as St. Louis Park (but I am totally open to discussing locations). I did live in the city this past winter, but the winter before I house-sat for a snow-bird couple that spent their winters in Florida. I lived in their summer home in Breezy Point, Minnesota. I made sure everything stayed working (appliances, bathrooms, heating, cooling, etc.), cleaned weekly, activated the security system, and took care of whatever else they needed in exchange for letting me stay at their home for a few winter months. I was completely moved out before they returned so their home was all ready for them. I do have references, upon request. I understand that this website requires you to put in a cost per day, but I am very open to negotiation. I have worked with folks before where I live in their home and in exchange for pay, I live rent-free and take care of the home and property to the highest degree. Service Abilities: I can basically do whatever you need! I can collect mail, watch over the property, keep the place clean, organize, water plants, feed pets, pick up supplies, and whatever else you would need to do while you're away. I keep my own room and apartment extremely neat and organized, I am very particular about keeping things clean as well, so you know that your home will constantly be kept up. I also own a Hyundai Tucson, so I am able to transport or go anywhere you would need for your home. About me: I grew up in Minnesota and I graduated from college with honors in northern Arizona. I currently work for my family's business in Shakopee as an office manager, a typical 8-5 job that allows flexibility when needed. I have lived in several different states and have rented a number of apartments/homes without any trouble. I want to house sit because I honestly enjoy being able to help out and I miss living in real homes. I like being in furnished homes, surrounded by belongings and treasures that aren't mine but that I will protect.
