Overview: Nice to meet you! My name is Kathleen . My husband and I own two homes. Don’t want to spend winter months in our far North home due to the weather and don’t want to go to our beautiful ocean front winter home in the far South due to COVID numbers. We are looking for a nice home with no animals we can enjoy and occupy while you are gone. Watering plants not a problem. We require a smoke free home. We don’t want a job but no way to get on here without stating salary. We would be hiring a house cleaner to clean your home while we are in residence.
