My name is Rich Praytor and I'm moving to St. Augustine around mid August, possibly with my 11 year old daughter.
I'm looking for short term housing. My fiancé lives in the area and we're not looking to shack up until we're married.
I thought this might be a win/win situation. The daily pay is not really important. Just would like to live in a house and trade for taking care of the pets, plants, etc.
