55 and Fabulous! I love taking care of homes, pets, people and landscaping. I'm an avid gardener, water gardens too. I've owned two 1920's Spanish / Meditaranian eight and nine room homes in Hancock Park / Los Angeles. Each home took 8 to 10 years to refurbish and bring back to the glory of the 1920's. I designed and had the pools installed, of course I don't do concrete :) I've con-currently owned two separate businesses. Paul McAvene Designs....., specializing in designing and creating, high end costumes for the entertainment industry, as well as 21 Disney on Ice Shows. Secondly I'm the owner of the Minc Art Gallery in Henderson. We opened a year ago and it's almost running itself. I Love my Koi and cats, Great Italian food, "old school ideals" and spiritual growth. "Life is movement, so stop standing still." I hope for the same qualities in other humans. I'm a very honest and caresematic and passionate person.
