Hello! Thank you for considering me. I was a college athlete and coach. After coaching I transitioned to business becoming a nationally recognized figure as a sales trainer to financial professionals. As I built a financial planning practice I developed a somewhat unique sales and marketing system that was used by hundreds of agents nationwide. I taught seminars to financial pros around the country. During this time I hand built (no contractors) my 4 bedroom home in Colorado. I am a SuperHost with ABB and manage other rental properties, so I understand the challenges of finding quality people to share your home with. As an athlete and coach, I saw the need to match top high school athletes with college scholarship opportunities, so I built a scouting company that has changed many young people's lives. www.....com I am also a semi-pro photographer specializing in outdoor shots and engagement photos. Additionally, I was a CHSAA certified wrestling official. Another passion of mine is aviation. I taught myself to fly an ultralight and have since earned my private and commercial pilot ratings. I am licensed to fly instruments, floatplanes, and tailwheel aircraft. I'm formation qualified, aerobatic and spin endorsed... and also a 3X National Champion air racer. I am very mechanically inclined and can fix almost anything. My unique passion for machines includes airplanes, offroad vehicles, and tractors. This lead to a deep involvement in jeeping and 4x4 vehicles. I love animals and for some strange reason they love me. ;) I do this now to heal after my wife of 29 yrs left me with a text message stating that she's not coming home. I figure travel and experiencing the world in order to help me grow will also help me heal from the wounds caused by her abandonment and ghosting. The drama is over and so now I look to combine overland travel with house sitting opportunities to maintain balance as I reconnect and get grounded in this awesome universe. I hope to meet amazing and loving people (and their pets) as my journey unfolds.
