Experience includes, but is not limited to; *Keeping close financial accounts for household expenses/utilities/physical plant including care and maintenance of 2 high end vehicles (a Mercedes E 350, and a Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead; *Supervising large housekeeping staff; *Liaising with vendors and contractors; *Collecting bids and securing services for home improvement projects Projects successfully spearheaded (in the absence of homeowners!) include Miehle appliance installations, garage door replacements, wood door and furniture refinishing, making new outdoor furniture slipcovers; landscape and fencing projects, cobblestone and mixed material floor repair. I am responsible and discreet.I am happy to assume duties for as opulent or humble a home as needed, and will keep as large or small a footprint as needed. Serious clients only!
