House Sitter in Los Angeles County, California

First of all, I don't know any other house sitters, so my headline is true!! A few years ago my 19 year relationship ended (she finally came to her senses). The next thing I know friends started asking me to house sit for them. It turns out I loved doing it. Ask me to finish the story later. I used to manage apartment buildings with my ex-wife. Experience- it shows people trusted me with their property & money. It also made me find solutions when a property related problem arose. I was a plumber at my father's & at my uncle's companies. Experience- I know how to stop the flood/gas leak before calling you or a working plumber to fix it. I've been an investment/Insurance broker for the past 27 years. Experience- helping people protect and grow their assets. I am also a Father and Grandfather, which is why I prefer to house sit in San Diego where all of them live. But I also house sit in cities where I have clients.all of CA., Greater Las Vegas, & Phoenix area.
