House Sitter in Charleston, Oregon

Hello, we used to live in Sonoma County and are heading to town for a family birthday but the house is already packed with people, so we're hoping to find a house sit in the area. In exchange, we will sit for free! Our family lives off Mission Blvd & Hwy 12 in Santa Rosa - we're open to most areas within 15 mins or so drive. Seeking late April sit, ideally April 24-29th 2019, but please reach out if your dates are slightly different - we need to be in Santa Rosa on 27th. Tidy, non-smoking couple in our late 30s/early 40s seeks to house, pet or property sit for you! After sitting frequently throughout California for a few years, we have been asked back as repeat sitters and have plenty of references to share upon speaking. We're now familiar with drip systems, a variety of plants, have sat for dogs, cats and fish, organized the mail so it's not an overwhelming mess upon your return and are happy to keep in constant touch with you during your travels, if needed. We will cuddle with your cats and play fetch with your pups and ensure the fish are not floating upside down! We've ventured onto mid-century modern flat roofs to sweep away inches of rain and tree debris after a downpour and shooed drought hungry deer away from veggie gardens. Currently working from home, so we do require internet access and we appreciate and MAINTAIN a clean environment. Other than that, we're just looking for someone who would be happy with reliable pet or property care in exchange for a place to stay during our visit. :)
