Hello! My name is Sergio Paredes. I am 24. I am an excellent, and responsible individual that is looking to house sit. I am very flexible, so I will work according to your schedule. All I ask for is a notice of your plans at least two weeks in advance. I will occupy and oversee the house to maintain order and security of property and monitor entrances to property and secures locks and other devices to prevent access of unauthorized persons. I will meet with you in person before you decide anything to get to know me and ask me any questions you would like. Here is a list of the many things I can provide.
