House Sitter in Laguna Beach, California

Good Day! I am a Realtor here in the Henderson area. I have been in real estate for 5 years and am looking for a long term (one year) house sitting position. I have not decided where to purchase as of yet, I am getting my California Real Estate License as well. I am buy my self , no animals, non-smoker and non partier. I spend most of my time working out at LIfetime Fitness and working (Real Estate). At present I have been renting but my land lord is moving back so I must vacate and am not ready to purchase. I would like to have my own space if possible, in a pool home. I can look after pets if you have them. Prior to real estate, I owned an Italian restaurant in Florida, so I do like to cook ( although would not want to feel like that was something I had to do - but can tell you that I naturally would a lot if that was ok). I have 2 cars - Jaguar and last edition of the Pontiac, Trans am. I can put my belongs in storage if I have to. Just know that your home will be well taken care of.
