House Sitter in Los Angeles, California

My name is Alexandra, and I'm a 21 year old, non-smoker, part-time student and small business owner. Most of my classes and business dealings are online, so that allows me the time and flexibility to take care of your home (& pets). I'm very responsible and an experienced house sitter, with references upon request. I have a bit of a green thumb, so if you have indoor plants or an outdoor garden, your home will be in good hands! I'm also an animal lover. I'm great with dogs and cats, and I have experience with owning and caring for rabbits and other small mammals. Your pets will have all the love and attention they desire, even when you're out of town. I'm more than happy to keep the house locked up and alarmed, take in your mail and forward it per your request, take out the trash, handle any business you may have if you have a gardener or other workers around your home. I'm a very low-key, friendly, reliable, and tidy person, along with being a fantastic cleaner so when you get back to your home, it will feel fresh and beautiful! If there are any small renovations that you would like done to your home while you are away (ranging from putting up pictures and building furniture to installing light fixtures, patching walls, and repainting rooms), that is something I am happy to complete for you, for an additional fee. A close family friend has a general contracting business, so no job is too big or small to leave with me! I have worked as a personal assistant before, and have experience with cooking. Upon your arrival home, I would be more than happy to ensure everything you want in your home is there for you (groceries, pre-prepared meals, fresh flowers, etc...) and I'm accustomed to checking in as often as you'd like via email, phone call, text, or Skype. I want you to fully enjoy your vacation, or rest easy while on your business trip, with me caring for your home.
