My commitment to respect and of others property and experience as a home owner makes me a great house/pet sitter. I have been responsible for not only homes but businesses as well. I am an animal advocate and have a great rapport with all animals. I am state Licensed Massage Therapist and have background checks regularly. I volunteer and community events for outreach. I have excellent communication skills for clear and concise instructions of care of property and pets. I have been house sitting for 15 years and I have excellent references (available for review upon request). I hold a current certificate in CPR/AED and extensive training in emergency management. I am extremely clean and organized. I am a non-smoker.
