House Sitter in Orlando, Florida

Hello everyone! A friend of mine back home house sits quite a bit for friends and she likes it and makes some extra cash at the same time. After talking with her and getting some insight, I figured I would give it a shot and offer my time, energy, and pet caring skills. I am also a Realtor in the area so I am used to being in homes and making sure everything is safe and sound and locked up. I am also familiar with systems and how they should be functioning. I am not a licensed home inspector by any means but I've seen all kinds of security systems, irrigation systems, HVAC controls (including smart systems) and gate codes! I've grown up with dogs and cats my whole life and I am very good with them. I have 2 golden pup mixes myself now but I grew up with mostly labs. I don't have any cats right now but that may change in the near future! I have really perfected training dogs, something I've thought about doing part time actually. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree online in Communications and studying to become a yoga teacher as well. I will be spending most of time in your home on my lap top so as long as I have a good WiFi connection I'm all set! I look forward to meeting and getting to know you and your family.
