I have been living in, and caring for, my parents’ estate for about three years now. It will be going on the market, and I am willing to re-locate long-term, or short-term. I lived in a prior home for just two years, and it sold for over double what it was purchased for; partly because it had new siding, and partly because I made it look good: I know how to care for a home. For ten years I volunteered at Amboy Central School.
