I am a single parent, recently divorced, computer engineer, Ph.D., between jobs. My son is 14 YOL, a very responsible and high school achiever.
I used to leave in a very luxury house of my own but had unfortunate financial losses beyond my control. You will not find anyone more reliable and trust worthy than me and my son.
I am looking for a live-in opportunity in a good school district. I need free or very low cost rent in exchange for looking after and taking care of your house. I am not a dog person but ok with cat. I am open for other services as well like tutoring.
