House Sitter in Springfield, Virginia

Hello my name is Nicole. I'm looking for a house sitting and pet sitting job, and have experience in both. I have professionally been a dog and cat sitter for years until COVID. My one condition for dogs is that they are non aggressive with me and that they don’t have a history of violence. Also, if they are very large and don’t know commands and pull, I will decline to walk them in case they get away from me. For house sitting, I only request that it is relatively clean (not hoarder status or in a troubling condition). Please try to book a service request with me a few days ahead of time. Services And Training: I have worked in the pet sitting industry for more than four years. I do not have experience professionally caring for the elderly or children. Fur babies are more my thing. I am known to be an ethical, trustworthy, and outgoing person by all who know me. I am also a writer and would work on any projects I have while at the home for long stints of time. I can take out the trash, grocery shop, bring in mail, water plants, and take care of pets. I am experienced in giving medicine orally and by injection. I will not stay in the home with aggressive dogs with a history of biting. Friendly or shy pets only. If I am spending the night, I will need to have proper sleeping accommodations and a preferably cleanish home, not spotless, just not hoarder status.
