Hello, My name is Stefan Whittaker. I am currently based in Austin, Texas but will be relocating to Southwestern Colorado with my wife. Her employer in the technology industry is relocating her, so I am looking for something fresh. We currently own a newly built home in Austin that we will be renting out when we move, so you can rest assured knowing that I'm already vested in my own property management, which makes me fully aware of what proper home, yard, and animal care entails. I am also willing to satisfy any particular requirements your home, plants, or pets might require. We have a large Akbash Dog and two happy cats at home, one of which is Type-1 diabetic so I also understand that they are members of your family just like anyone else living in your household and may require special care or attention.
