Part-time professor at MSU- seeking a house sitter position - age 57- no smoking- neat and clean- well educated - responsible Business background Mr. Palazzo began his career as an Associate General Counsel with Statewide Bancorp, N.A., a $4 billion dollar bank holding company operating two subsidiary banks: The First National Bank of Toms River, N.A. and Penns Grove National Bank N.A.; during this period he was institutionally trained and gained hands-on experience within a broad variety of legal specialty areas. Over a 5 years period, he engaged in oversight of bank financed real estate development, complex commercial litigation, commercial and residential loans, construction draw documentation, collection and FDIC and Comptroller of the Currency compliance issues. He was also responsible for oversight of the Bank’s commercial loan origination and servicing division comprised of approximately $200 million in commercial development loans for the New Jersey summer resort of Seaside Heights. He also was the lead counsel for litigation and work-out of over 1,000 consumer credit card defaults and occasional lender’s counsel on federal bankruptcy matters.
