Hi, just to be honest. I am relocating to St. Petersburg, Fl for a new part-time position in medical device sales. I'm done with pharmaceutical work up north where the winters are terrible. I want sunshine now in my life. I have had my own home since 1988 and have always taken great care of everything daily even with full time work. Even mowing with my push mower is rewarding for me. I will be finding a home more permanently after living/working in the area for a few months to a year. I have excellent credit/work creditials. Non smoker. I have been through multiple drug/credit/driving record/ background checks to be able to do my job for the last 12 years. I love pets. I have owned at least one dog most of my adult life. I'm very tech savvy and had my own home with a great security system that I could monitor from my phone. I understand how important your home is to you. There have been many occasions in my past where I had to rely on someone I trusted to help with my house & pets. It was a God send. Let me know if I can help you out.
