We are an active, non-smoking, healthy, professional couple. I am approaching retirement and my wife is a semi-retired personal chef. We are cheerful, independent and responsible and would be the perfect candidate to mind your house, pets and gardens in your absence. We transferred to the San Luis Obispo/Avila Beach area 9 years ago when our son attended Cal Poly on a tennis scholarship. We have owned properties and understand the value of caring for a home as our own. We would like to house sit in the San Luis Obispo/Avila Beach or surrounding area. We would also be able to give added security as one or both of us would be home during the day.
