Hello, We are Rick and Sandi Levak..... are looking for house sitting/caretaking jobs in Southern California. We are a healthy, vibrant retired couple, looking for a care taking opportunity. Sandi is a retired educator/Child Development Specialist and community college teacher for over forty years. Rick is a former general contractor who also worked the last 25 years of his career as Director of Housing Development for a non-profit housing developer. He also spent eight yeas as an elected School Board member While pursuing our careers, we raised two wonderful daughters along with many horses, cows, goats, chickens, rabbits, dogs and other animals on our small farm in Oregon. From building fences to light vet work to remodeling every inch of our 3000 s.f. house, we did all of the work ourselves. Since retiring and selling the farm, we have spent four years traveling the West full time in our RV. We have had many wonderful experiences and met lots of great people, but now we are ready to settle again and move on to something more grounding. We miss the satisfaction of a job well done. We are self-starting, reliable and hard-working with a broad range of skills and we’re ready to do a great job for you. We offer everything from animal care to rough and finish carpentry, all home and farm chores maintenance and repairs, with great teaming ability and people skills.
