House Sitter in Saint John, New Brunswick

My name is Eldon Beyea and have been house sitting for the past 5 years at a residence in Cambridge - Narrows, Typically I go there at least once a week and check the outside perimeter for any signs of unusual activity or any damage to the building from the elements, taking pictures of any thing I feel is not quite right or unusual. the pictures are then emailed to the owner for their verification or instruction, In the sad event of a break-in the local Police are called and the owner informed of the situation. I f there is a weather factor I have snow shoes to help get around the property, I am a property owner and semi retired tradesman and know if it is something that hes to be dealt with immediately or not
