House Sitter in Mission Viejo, California

Good day! My name is Lauren Mando, and I am a current High School Senior at THHS. I know it is quite scary trusting a stranger so I am not against with an interview before you deliberate whether I would be the house/pet sitter for you! I am very familiar with dogs and cats, and I have experienced handling guinea pigs, tarantulas, hamster and the like. I will make sure to take and record instructions from home owners regarding overseeing their houses and any special way for their homes to be treated. I will be sure to handle any general maintenance and upkeep of the interior and exterior. I would also be able to perform cleaning, vacuuming and dusting duties keeping in mind specific instructions from the owners. I would answer telephones and doorbells and provide information asked for, keeping in mind the confidentiality agreement with owners. I would also make sure to file incoming mail and ensure that any instructions for mail forwarding is followed. I'll be sure to feed, water and bathe house pets and take them to the vet if they have appointments for vaccinations. I would make certain that the house is properly locked down at the end of the day, and look after homeowner’s children or elderly in the house by providing them with necessary personal care and cooking for them.
