House Sitter in Fredericksburg, Texas

I am a professional 50 year old woman. I work as an Occupational Therapist in the school system, so i get summers off. I would be willing to watch your personal home as well as any rental properties you may have in exchange for a place to stay and perhaps a small stipend, depending on the work involved;summer months only. My children are grown and my husband and I are thinking of possibly retiring to Fredericksburg, so this would be a great chance for me to see if I would like living here and possibly take some time to investigate business opportunities for us, should we decide to relocate here.
