House Sitter in Lake Oswego, Oregon

Hi! My name is Nate. I am a residential/commercial Carpenter here in Portland, Oregon. I began house sitting for friends and found that I have a knack for it and enjoy seeing people happily traveling without worry. I have lived in Oregon for about 10 years and Portland for about 3. I have lots of sitting experience behind me, from farms to small homes. I have looked after all kinds of animals and have first aid training and experience. I am also very handy around the home, as a carpenter I am quite capable of most small projects if something is need of repair. I am available for Long term or Short term sits, in house or I can just stop by and check in. I have a Partner, Nichole. We work well together as team especially on the longer sits or sits with homes or animals that require a bit more attention. References are available if desired! We generally like to charge $300/week depending on the attention required or if any projects are required. Our daily rate is $40. Thanks!
