I would love to house-sit while you are away and make sure your home is well taken care of. I am open to taking care of pets, watering plants, collecting mail and newspapers and keeping the property generally looking well kept. For long term house sitting I would be willing to mow the grass and sweep, about which we can discuss appropriate compensation. I would be happy to stay at your home (preferred) or to come by daily to maintain things. I have experience with both house sitting and pet sitting and feel confidant that I would be able to meet expectations and help you not worry about your home while you are away. I am currently a student at FSU and spend most of my time studying at home, which means that if you have pets I would be able to keep them company, take the dogs on walks regularly, and feed them as appropriate. I get along with all animals and would be attentive to making sure they're well cared for. I value communication. While away I will be reliable at giving regular status updates and bringing anything to your attention that may be necessary. I would like to make sure we have an understanding and to discuss in detail anything that you want or need from me as someone who would be taking care of your property. I am very neat and tidy, organized, and reliable. Cleanliness and maintenance is a given, and we can discuss any cleaning preferences you have or superfluous chores and appropriate compensation.
