House Sitter in Brooklyn, New York

My name is Melissa and I'm from Brooklyn, NY. I've been a housesitter for the past 5 years, house sitting for friends and friends of friends. I've also taken cared of various cats and dogs, those loveable beings. I've house sat in Washington, DC taking care of cats and across the pond in Belgium, caring for plants. One friend asked me to care for her orchid which was just starting to grow. By the time she and her husband returned the orchid was flourishing. I watered it every day and also talked to it, singing beautiful songs. Here in NY, I took care of a friends' cute little dog, and by the time I left it just did not want me to go and believe me, the feeling was mutual. The little rascal was well-fed and walked. I am looking to get out of the city and have open arms for cats and dogs- I am your girl!
