I am a mature woman of 50. I am dependable and reliable. Your "to-do" list to maintain your house is my guideline and it will be followed meticulously. I am respectful of your belongings: house and household. The need to have your house look "lived in" may require snow removal, mail collection, lights on, lights off, animals fed, walked, petted and loved. I am capable and willing to do it all. My presence will be known to ward off tempting intruders. Do you need to stay in communication with me to have frequent updates on the management of your house? I am available.
