Mel is a very compassionate, thoughtful and attentive house sitter. She has house-sat for me on numerous occasions while I have traveled for my work. Each time I am astounded by her level of thoughtfulness, care, and genuine concern for the well-being of my home, my garden, and my feline companion, Lunita. She always proactively asked questions to gain clarity about the needs of the home, and was always so willing to offer additional support if unforeseen situations arose. Her flexibility, understanding, and patience is so hard to come by in this world, let alone in a house sitter. I am so grateful to Mel not only as a house sitter, and caregiver to my pet, but she has also come to be a great family friend.
