About Philip & Lata We are a mature, professional couple, very happily married, non-smokers, non-drinkers, vegan, very fit, active and pet loving. We live a quiet, simple and very healthy life and will take excellent care of your home and pets. We have spent the last two years house and pet sitting, as it gives us the opportunity to have a flexible schedule, study and travel when the opportunity arises. In years past we've travelled and lived in Europe, Asia, the US, Mexico, Costa Rica and Canada. Our interests include meditation, animals, nature, art, reading, yoga, biking, swimming, and walking. We are health conscious and spiritually focused. The need to have trusted caretakers for your home and loved pets while you are away is clearly understood and respected. We are very responsible and will follow your instructions so you can relax and enjoy your time away. Why we want to house sit: At this stage in our life, we are delighting in the varied experiences, travel opportunities, simple living and new friendships that house/pet sitting provides. Caring for your precious pets and home are something we honour and take very seriously. Our experience: It has been a privilege and pleasure to house and pet sit for the past two years in Ontario, Newfoundland, Costa Rica and California. We have worked with contractors, maintained gardens, forwarded mail, communicated with neighbours and family members of the home owners and stayed in touch with the home owners through Skype, telephone and email. We're looking forward to continuing to provide this service of mutual benefit.
