We go to Florida for the winter, leaving December 1st and returning May 1st. We need someone to check our house once a week just to be sure the heat doesn't go off and make sure all is well. It can be just a 10 minute visit once a week. References required.

Retired couple travelling to east coast. No pets no indoor plants. Some outdoor pots will need tending and front lawn will need cutting.
